My 5th wheel slide out that has the refer stove and tv in it, is a cable operated slide out. The one on the bedroom is also cable operated.  The one in the bedroom has nylon rollers and the underside of the slide out looks to be fiberglass.  The one in the kitchen appears to have a black coating of some sort on the underside of the slide out.    When moving it, it squeaks pretty good.  I am wondering if there is any silicon lubricant that i could spray on the coating to reduce that squeaking.

Depends on what is squeaking, I guess. The rollers or skids? The bottom of the slide moving over top of the flooring?  The cable mechanism?

You can wax the bottom of the slide itself. You can try a clear, non-sticky lube spray on any moving parts, e.g. a dry silicone lube.
