I am travelling out of BC Canada via Spokane on my way to Vegas and Arizona.  Not leaving until end October.  Does anybody have a route that will steer me clear of any major grades like Dead Mans Pass in Oregon.  I do not mind a diversion on dry level roads.  Do not want to get caught high in the mountains as I do not have winter tires on my Motorhome and I am towing a vehicle.  Thanks to all respondents.

There is a really nice RV park at the bottom of the pass. You can stay there if the pass is closed and wait for it to open.

That's what we do when heading down I5 at Ashland...stay in the Ashlan area until the Siskiyous pass is open.

A snow free route would be highway 101 along the Pacific coast.

highway 95 from lewiston to vegas will avoid the blue mtns but will still have some climbs but not near what i-84 has

Except for Lewiston Grade and White Bird Pass. No so much up but long down grades.
