loose light fixture and LED bulb removal

Where is it loose? Unless it is the fitting just above the bulb, you should be able to leave the bulb in place and just tighten up the hardware. This would be the same as in a house fixture.
If you need the bulb out to reach nuts above it, it should either screw in like a normal bulb or pull out, connected by two pins, but I really do not know.

Thanks- figured it out, I had to remove the plastic cover over the LED bulb, unscrew the bulb and then I could access the nut that attaches the rod to the fixture. tightened that up and all good to go.
