A friend had to change out the battery Isolation Solenoid on his 1999 Chieftan. he noticed the Intellitec Battery Isolation Solenoid only had one fuse. He took the fuse out of the battery disconnect Solenoid to check on the size and find out why there was only a fuse in the left side. He pulled it and put it in the right  side fuse holder. Nothing changed. Turns out that fuse is for an indicator dash light that Winnebago didn't implement. When he put the fuse back in the left holder, the solenoid didn't work. After he looked around he saw a disconnected purple wire with a strange spade type connector on it. Turns out that that spade connector actually mates with the fuse. When he pulled the fuse the wire dropped out. He had to hold the fuse in and push the spade connector in from the bottom. It only goes in one way.

It's on the coil. It is unusual in that instead of the fuse plugging into a socket, it connects to the solenoid by the special spade connector that actually connects to the fuse. I mention this so that if someone pulls the fuse and then replaces it and the solenoid doesn't work, look for a loose purple wire. The wire number on the 99 Chieftan was 124125 01 LJ.

Yes, it is unusual. Never seen any thing like it in over 50 years of electrical, SCADA, telecom and low voltage work.
