Hey guys!
So my hydroflame 85** II (not 100% confident on the exact model, the label?s a are a little sketchy), and it won?t light. The blower simply runs continuously and forever unless I turn the thermostat off.
I?ve confirmed the sail switch and high-temp fuse to be good, I ?think? the time delay relay is good, and I think the board?s good because once in a blue moon it will light and run well. But then it often won?t light a second time.
I?ve read this awesome document, but still feel a little stumped.

I haven?t actually pulled the furnace yet as it seems like a pretty involved job (requiring the removal of a bit of sheet metal and some glued in sealing foam), so I haven?t been able to visually inspect the sparker probe or the condition of the orfice.
Any and all suggestions are welcome! It?s getting cold here in Virginia! ?
