I see a few issues:
- No windshield wipers, doesn't meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards
- Speeds over 50 likely to result in loss of shingles (although that's probably not an issue)
- The chimney, while cute, is not sufficiently tall to create proper draft, especially under way

No emission inspection sticker. Known in California to spread cancer causing chemicals.
