I found a reference in the NADA RV Guide to a 1991 Monaco Dynasty on a Gillig gas chassis. In 1992 it was a Chevrolet gas chassis, and no reference to a gas chassis in 1990, so maybe a one-shot deal with Gillig?

I've seen a topic on IRV2.com where a fellow is asking for info on his 1986 Gillig with a Ford V8 under an Elite coach. And I've heard of a Rockwood on a gas Gillig as well.
Gillig promises "support for life" and I hear they can sometimes provide parts for older Gilligs. You might give them a call and see what they know or can help with.https://www.gillig.com/parts
