Fluoride ion batteries

There may be hope yet. Do an internet search on fluoride ion batteries. It looks like if they can get past the problems with the electrodes, and maybe the price, this could be a good fit for boondocking and solar power.
 
Don't wish to be argumentative, but there are many technologies that would be great IF ONLY they could solve a few problems at a reasonable price. Hydrogen fuel cells, Hyperloop trains, fusion power and Maglev, to name a few.  I don't think I'm buying any stock just yet...
