We started moving north. Crossed the Gila River and the Butterfield Stage Trail, and out into the Yuma Proving Grounds. Following the Castle Dome Mountains north on Hwy 95. Found the King Road BLM.  33?15?4.28″N 114?13?17.84″

That's where the RV Forum pre-Quartzsite KOFA rally is held in about a month.  We're at a park in town(north side of I-10)right now and someone is going to lead a trail ride out there to the Horse Tank in a few days.

I see you posted in another place that you had been at the BLM next to the Yuma VFW.  We got here on Monday.  Didnt know you were here, or we would have stopped by and said hi.

Took a day trip to Yuma today.  Probably passed both of you.
How about that weather/observation balloon floating over the proving grounds?

My understanding is that that balloon is for border security.

We saw it on our southbound leg and wondered about it.  On our way back north, as we stopped at the checkpoint, that thought crossed my mind.
