We are looking for an RV that will be located in one spot. I am loving the separate living room floor plans where it is completely seperate from the kitchen. Typically, these living rooms have 2-3 sofas that are hide-a-beds or theatre seating recliners. We have found plenty of these that we love but cannot seem to find models that include a loft/bunk in addition to the master bedroom. Hoping that some of you can help us find what we are looking for. We have a 13 year old who would really appreciate having his own space and a bed he does not have to fold out.

It sounds like you are looking for one that combines a DEN (Or mid-bunk) with the big, front-living space. I didn't find any like that when looking last summer.
Lots of toyhaulers have that set up..... We have seen several. Seen a few TTs with bunk beds but the Toy Haulers look pretty neat some even as another living area. They can be pretty large though... and you would need a big truck.
