I just received a notice that my Quicken Deluxe 2016 will no longer work to connect online in April 2019. It looks like the only option will be an annual or 2 year membership subscription with will have to be renewed for whatever price is charged at the end of the subscription period.
I have used Quicken for probably 20+ years and have just bought the newer version when required, usually every 3 years. Cost has been about $40-$50 every 3 years.
Now the Basic version is going up to $35/year and the Deluxe is $45-$50/year.
