Long Term Place in South Carolina

My dad currently lives in Anderson, SC on the lake and is selling his place. He is interested in buying an RV and renting a space in an RV park near Anderson, SC. Does anyone know of any good long term RV parks or tiny home communities near Anderson, SC?

I stayed at Ivy Acres near Piedmont SC about 30 min away.
It is a converted mobile home park.
The cost was reasonable and its really quiet.
