Looking at an RV, somewhat older but generally in nice condition except for a few areas of blistering.  Wondering how big a problem this is and if a DIY'er can do the repair.  No evidence of leaks.

I think that depends on you skills.

I would recommend watching quite a few youtube videos. To see if something you would want to tackle.

When you say blistering, are you saying that the sidewall has pulled away from the substrate?  If that's the case, it sounds like there's a good chance you have or had a one time a water leak from the roof area and the material behind the siding may be rotted. BIG problem IMHO. No way of knowing how much damage there is untill the walls are opened up.
