04 Horizon furnace

Our propane furnace is starting to make quite a bit of noise. Either the squirrel cage is cracked or the motor bearing is going out. This is the main furnace and on my 40 AD it is under the sink area. Has anyone pulled one out before? Any advice or pictures? I'd like to do some research before I just dive into it.

Our furnace control board went out a few years ago and the mobile service guy was able to service it from the outside, not sure if that holds true for servicing the rest of it.

I always considered the propane furnace a backup heat source to the basement air heat pump.
