Hi and welcome to the forum.
You could try this link and click on find a dealer they may be able to tell you where to get the original tiles. Alternatively you could replace them all with something from Lowes or the like.

If your trying to match what you already have you may have some problems. The color you have may not be available. And even if it is available it may have a different tint. And of course the age, wear and tear on your tile will likely make a match impossible.
If you just wanting to replace what you have, Then Jackie's right just hit the flooring department in your favorite store.
