I posted this a couple months ago. Since then I finally was able to fix the problem. The first thing i noticed was that the ground wire on the house batteries was lose. Tightening the ground wire helped. I then noticed a couple of the inexpensive led light bulbs were malfunctioning. The bulbs have about twenty to thirty light points. I don't know the exact terminology of the points that give off the light. The flickering was caused by one of the points on each bulb. I will be replacing them. Lastly I changed out the 15 year old converter with a new 45 amp converter. I have a 30 amp service. I am now onto putting in a 43" TV . Thanks for all the help. I hope maybe this will help someone else.
