There are a number of them that each seem to do different things, there are sites like ultimate campgrounds which is primarily about locating public campgrounds, there are also sites dedicated to video overviews of campgrounds, and there is / was one dedicated to posting photos of the individual RV sites in campgrounds to help decide which ones to reserve.

Allstays.com is another park finder that includes reviews. I believe they have an app (like RV Parky) that allows you to search parks while you're on the road.
ReserveAmerica.com is a site that many parks are using now for their online reservation systems. Although it doesn't look like they have a built-in "Reviews" section, when you book through the website there are often campsite photos and other user-submitted information that I find helpful.
