Hard to beat Garmin for a GPS. Big 7" screen and lots of info, like diesel and gas stops and bridge heights.

Garmin all the way.  I have the older RV 660 and love it.  It has never failed and the information available (gas stations, rest stops, restaurants, RV parks, etc.) makes travel easy.  My wife and I travel, not camp, and Garmin plus Google Maps makes planning easy.

We have this one too, and love it!

I've had a few but for me the best is my Android smartphone with Google maps. Always up to date, shows me traffic problems and shortcuts, verbal directions...its all I need and more.

That phone thing works for many folks, but the tiny screen and having to have cell service rules it out for me (and many others), except as an auxiliary.
