That ONE place you were wow'd by.

The friendliest place on the web for anyone with an RV or an interest in RVing!

Been to the Falls many times over the years in all seasons but never done Cave of the Winds (is it COOW or COTW?). We'll be there for 5 days this summer and it's definitely on our list. We'll be staying on the Canadian side but plan on popping back to NY a couple of times. I also want to walk out on to Goat Island and Three Sisters Island - never gone out there, either.

Lol, we go to Niagara Falls relatively often. I couldn't even count how many times I've been. The American side gets a bad rap, it isn't as commercially built as the Canadian side, but it's come a long way and I actually prefer it.
Edited to add- Niagara Falls is the topic of next Monday's blog post if anyone is interested in a deeper review.

There are so many places that have Wow'd me., all of the National Parks and National Monuments have something fantastic about them.  Some unusual spots though:

John Day Fossil Beds in Oregon

Green River Lakes in the Wind Rivers in Wyoming

The petroglyphs and the Wedge in the San Rafael Swell in Utah

Nine Mile Canyon in Utah

The night sky whilst out on Woods Canyon Lake on the Mogollon Rim in Arizona

The petroglyphs in Horseshoe Canyon in Utah

Glass Mountain near Lava Beds National Monument in California

Just a few of the things that have been unusual and special for me....
