Whining noise is normally at idle and after long periods on road??? Anybody have any possible solutions prior to taking in for repairs?

Thanks, Bill

Without knowing any more could be a power steering pump. Might simply need fluid

Welcome to the RV Forum Bill,

As stated it could be a lot of things. Any chance you could narrow down where the noise may be coming from.

I've had that happen, but the whining was coming from inside the rig  ;) ;D

Sometimes getting a water squirt bottle and squirting various bearings and belts can help isolate the cause.

I have a 2006 Adventurer 35A Vortec powered that does the same. It is the power steering pump I think. Sounds like one that is low on fluid, but it is full.
