Help! National Dolphin 2003/2004 Workhorse chassis 350
We are not able to locate the original emission smog certificate off the engine needed in order to do a
SMOG test in California! Have looked under the motor, taken off the valve covers, etc. ANY help appreciated, as we are FAR away from an approved START smog center and local smog testing can not be done without finding the sticker.
We have it sold but can't proceed and no help from DMV or Chevy
