New campground in Heber, AZ

I recall reading on this forum (maybe another?) about a couple who bought some acreage near the Heber - Overgaard, AZ area and were planning to build a campground, opening in 2019. Does anyone have any information concerning this? Thank you for any info.
 
Heber RV Resort is on Highway 277 about a mile or so north of US260 in Heber. I don't know if this is new or not.  I recall driving past it last week but didn't look at it closely.
 
AllStays and RV LIfe do not list any new campgrounds in that area. The Heber resort has changed to monthly rentals. Contacted the Heber-Overgaard Chamber of Commerce and they replied in the negative. Maybe I was dreaming or hoping for a new campground in the Rim Country.  :-\
 
THANK YOU Jim!  Now I have the information and can follow the progress. Doesn't sound like it will be open in 2019, but maybe in time for the 2020 season?
