1996 Fleetwood Pace Arrow
looking for wiring diagrams etc.

first problem i have to fix is the fuel pump not working.....

When I owned a Fleetwood, I was able to get schematics, etc. direct from Fleetwood -- just a phone call away. Maybe they still do that.
 
There is no such thing as a service manual for a motorhome, but you can often get service manuals for many components, including the chassis parts (engine, transmission, cooling system, etc.).  If it's a Ford or Chevrolet motorhome chassis, you are probably in luck and a real service manual exists.
