I noticed today the driver side window looks shattered and i don't see where anything hit it the rv is setting in my yard. Can a glass and body shop replace it or do i need to carry it to a dealer. It's a 2008 phaeton.

Yes, any auto glass shop could do it, though some don't want to work on RV side windows. Depending on the specific window layout, they may need an assist from a body shop. Some are trivial, while others are a real pain. 'm not familiar with your coach, so can't guess what is involved in removing that window.

While in Apache Junction, Arizona. We needed a side window replaced. The glass company sent out 2 men who removed the old and cut a new window and installed. Looked great after. Good service.
