Aliner Ascape Question
« on: November 28, 2019, 03:15:41 PM »
Hello Everybody!
I am wondering how difficult it might be to tow an Aliner Ascape with an SUV?  Specifically, since it is a little higher than the SUV, I am thinking of the crosswinds on the road. Does anyone have any experience with that model?
Thank you!!!
Audra

Welcome to the RV Forum Audra

A lot will depend on the "SUV".

I will say that our TT is quite a bit taller than our truck. You will get a lot of wind resistance from the trailer.

I would highly recommend a anti sway/weight distribution hitch if you have concerns.

Thats a prerty tiny trailer.  If your wanting to tow with a Subaru Oitback of a Honda CRV size, forget it.  If your wanting to tow with a Highlander/Pilot size, it should be just fine.  As long as your within all vehicle specs that is.
