Any problems or concerns using a BW Companion hitch with a camper that has a Reese Revolution?

I am buying a used 5th wheel camper so had to install a hitch in my 6.xfoot bed. ( I chose the B&W Companion hitch ). I read in the B&W paperwork last night that there is a problem with the Reese Revolution. So, my heart sank when I checked the camper and sure enough it has the Revolution. I was told as long as I lockout the Revolution at it's base (where it attaches to the camper) that it will be fine. Any pros/cons with this?
