I have a 2013 Norcold double door fridge on my Voltage (model  number 1210). Starting last week over night the unit stopped working-it was connected to power. I lost all food as it was already warm. The front didn?t have any alerts going off. I put it on propane but it still didn?t cool down. I took the back cover off and check the outlet- power is fine ( tested with a blow dryer). The red light is not lit.
Does it sound like the power board?? Or am I missing something??

Welcome to the forum.
The first thing to do is find out if you have 12 Volt AC power. You need that whether you're on electric or propane.  When you open the fridge door, does the light come on?  That light is 12 volt DC.
Have you checked the voltage of your battery and is the convertor working?

Were there no fault indications from the fridge? The 1210 has extensive internal diagnostics and typically gives a fault code to indicate something is wrong.

AS Rene mentioned, if the fridge loses 12v power, nothing works. Neither 120v or LP gas, and no fault display either.
