I would like to remove the freshwater tank myself instead of taking in the whole trailer.  I looked under trailer and the tank has two metal L shaped beams that run crossways on either side of the tank (front and back) and a strap loosely around it.

Is it as easy as taking down those beams and the tank drops down?  Also, how would I disconnect the water-fill hose?  From the outside?

Thanx in advance people!!

Welcome to the forum.
It shouldn't be very difficult but I would have another set of hands to help me.  Are you going to try and reinstall the tank or just get rid of it entirely?  You may have to remove the tank fill inlet assembly outside in order to get to the fill hose fittings/clamps. Mine RV has a removable wooden cover inside which once removed, I have direct access to that hose where it connects to the tank.
