Small stringed instruments
« on: November 26, 2019, 03:58:00 PM »
A selection from the stable of small stringed instruments. Left to right: Mandolin, 8-string tenor ukulele, 4-string 'Fluke', 4-string concert uke, banjo ukulele (as played by George Formby), baritone uke (tuned like a guitar).

That mandolin is not the $6,400 Gibson I was hoping to find under the Christmas tree; It's an entry-level instrument I bought yesterday at Guitar Center while Chris was shopping next door at Hobby Lobby. It borders on being a piece of junk and will likely be returned to GC when we get to the MidWest.
