I know folks are always looking for reliable RV service and parts dealers so I wanted to post about one I found in Tucson. The name is Carl's RV and it is a family-run place that's been in business since 1985. Open Mon-Sat. I had my TT wheel bearings repacked, brake inspection, new anode done. They found that a part of the brakes on the tire/wheel that had been damaged last June was broken off (sorry I didn't catch what it was, something to do with self adjusting??) and had no trouble going to pick up the new part and new brake lining and completing the repairs as promised. They found gunk in the HW heater so did a thorough flush. Very professional folks, a nice shop, easy to get along with, efficient yet willing to listen to my ill-informed questions. Much different experience than what I've had a dealers where it seems they always have an excuse as to why they can't do something, rather than just doing it. Appt. was easy to get as was the rescheduling that I had to do.
