2015 ERA 70B--bedding questionb

I think I can figure out how to put sheets on this arrangement if the triangle insert is in.Still any advice is welcome.  how does one fit bedding on the bed when the triangle insert is omitted?  Thanks.  Picking up of new to us 2015 RV tomorrow. 
 
My Trend has only one open corner of the bed, and the other 3 are wedged against the walls.  I use fitted sheets and consider that my aerobic workout when I change bedding.  Good luck ;D
