Well if your going to have a rally you may as well go all out.

Today the Wife and I had the pleasure of hosting RVMama and her kids.

We spent part of the time chowing down on Smoked Baby back ribs, potato salad and corn on the cob. In my humble opinion...My Wife is one hell of a cook.

And then spent the rest of the afternoon visiting.

I must say those six kids were the best. I enjoyed visiting with the kids they are so funny.

We really enjoy having you here and wish you well on the rest of your trip.

:)) Great story Gizmo100, I'm sure the kids had plenty of stories to share.  This is certainly something I really like about this Forum, framily  8)

Oops, I posted something similar before seeing this! The kids were raving about how good the ribs were and we agree, best potato salad ever! You have a beautiful place and we were all so happy to meet you and spend the day.

What a great thing.

Those kids have adopted the smile of their adopted mom!

I'd like a new potato salad recipe if Mrs. Gismo is willing to share.  My hubby loves potato salad.

Thanks in advance!

From the kitchen of Miss Gizmo.....

Boil some potatoes and eggs. (Cook the potatoes completely...so they are soft) ( I think she adds some Celery salt to the water for the potatoes)
Slice and dice them.
Add miracle whip, relish and celery salt. Salt and pepper to taste.

I know this sounds a little vague... But that's how she cooks.

I was never a fan of potato salad until I tried hers....
