Hi All,

Looking for any info on open campgrounds along the Trans-Canada (from Vancouver to Toronto) specifically in the next two weeks March 22-April 1.

With all of this COVID-19 craziness, we are thinking of just doing an RV delivery from Vancouver to Toronto rather than get on a plane to return home BUT...  What is usually open this time of year, and what is still open with the COVID closures??  I'm under the impression Parks Canada parks are closed, as are Provincial parks.

Any thoughts or direct websites are appreciated.  Particularly looking for grey and black water dumping spots, and water refills.  The rest we can make due in farmer's fields, or Walmart lots.

Thanks kindly!

Things are pretty frozen between the two points so deal with that and you may be OK.

In that time period, And in that distance in Canada you are looking at nighttime temperatures down to -15?C and daytime temperatures a maximum of +4?C.

Most locations will not have their trailer dumping facility removed from winterizing yet.

The municipal campgrounds in southern Alberta are mostly shut down still as of the end of March.

You would have to contact specific facilities to determine whether they would be available for you to use - or not
