Im in need of big help! I have completely taken apart my dads 05 Itasca spirit cabover due to bad bad water damage... I had no clue what i was doing other than 2 days of research and video's from this website and youtube... Needless to say this is week 3 and we're on the hone stretch! I am at a dead end-- I can not get the front to re attach to the bed part- U have tried EVERYTHING and every part of my body- I CAN NOT get the thing to line up so i can put thr middle strip down. Can someone please help - send pictures!! Please!!

Definitely need more info on the problem, including photos. I gather that your cabover section is a removable section (many are integral with the body sidewall and do not get removed),

A removable cabover section is bulky and awkward, so you need helper(s) and some sort of frame to support it on top of the cab as you work to align it with the main coach body. You add shims (spacers) under the cabover to raise it to the necessary height while a couple or workers orient it sideways to line up. No magic, just hard work.

I'm not familiar with how yours attaches, but sometimes it is possible to put alignment pins or guide in place to help get the holes or mating surfaces to line up.  A metal rod or wooden dowel through a bolt hole can maybe guide or hold one side into place while you push on the other side.

Thanks for replying! I will post some pictures tomorrow. Also we've ripped the fiberglass corners and ive put more holes where the seams will eventually be going- im putting both seal tite and eternabond down on seams.. How can i repair the damage there(ill post pictures of that too).. I feel so close but so far away from this being done.

I attached pictures of damage to fiber glass and what ive made inplace of the Styrofoam. The 2 small pieces i used to help pull up the front end.  And i stacked wood for better support under while glue was drying. The piece im stuck at is the white strip that pinches the front to the sleeper- it runs down the middle. To me its not close enough to fit and im scared if i unscrew the 4 bottom screws holding front end up- that i wont be able to reattach again with out more damage. Im doing 2 post for pictures

Some pictures-

Thanks for the pictures.  You certainly have a project on your hands.  It's not a wave the magic wand answer.  I suggest that you find a local handman or construction person that can give you a hand with the finishing assembly.  Some of this might need to be pulled back together with large straps.

I did strap it and got it into place but there's still just "extra" space/gap that i cant figure out....maybe entrabond it and seal with chalk ?

You might consider wrapping the corners with some aluminum flashing, or some type of angle iron for some added strength for that tape.  The tape is a good seal, but not so good for structural integrity.  maybe a trip to local hwd store will give some options and ideas.
