I have a coleman AC (model 48204C866) on my RV and the fan stopped running. When I power the system on it beeps and I can hear a click. I've replaced the fan capacitor and run capacitor. I've also tried spinning the fan while it's powered and nothing happens. Not sure if the fan is bad or if there is a way to test it.

If the a/c is a non-ducted unit with ceiling mounted controls that allow you to select operation modes such as low cool, high cool, fan low, fan high, then it may be the selector switch that has failed. Another possible failure point is the 9 pin connector in the ceiling panel is not supplying power to the rooftop compressor / fan and maybe just unplugging it and plugging it back in may resolve the issue if it's a poor connection.
Do not attemp inspection or servicing until you remove power to the unit via circuit breaker or disconnect from the power pedestal providing voltage to the camper.
