A refrigerator will take overnight to cool down. We start ours the day before we leave.
Are your house batteries fully charged? 12 volts is needed for the refrigerator and air conditioning to work.
What brand of refrigerator is it and are you trying to run it on Propane or electricity?
What kind of power are you hooked to? 30 amp or 50 amp
If you are just plugged into your home 110 volt outlet then your air conditioners may not run.

We probably will need a lot more detail to help. Did you not test these things when you bought it?
1 - Have you located the A/C panel? Are all the circuit breakers in?
2 - What size outlet do you have the RV plugged into (15a or 20a are common house circuit sizes - but should be supplying ac current unless the breaker pops.
3 - Does it have a generator? Do things work on generator?
Many systems on the RV will be "powered" by alternating current but controlled by direct current.

2 - Are the house batteries in good shape?
3 - Do all the 12V things work - like lights and USB outlets if any
4 - Have you located the 12V fuse panel? It should look like an automotive fuse panel and be located near the charger.
In general you have to find out if the 12V control power is existing and then does the AC 110V power exist for each unit/system 1 at a time.

Welcome to the RVForum Ahrens. With a fridge made in 1986, you might have to manually switch it to run off A/C power. I don't know if a 1986 fridge would switch automatically, or not. And like was mentioned earlier, an LP fridge can take a loooong time to cool down. I used to turn ours on a day before we needed it.
If the fridge is set to run off AC power, you may have a power problem since your AC units aren't working either. I think you'll have a Main breaker, and a breaker for each of the AC units. Start by turning the thermostat off, then reset each of those breakers - turn them off, then back on. You should also verify that the power source's breaker/GFI hasn't tripped.
