Is there such a thing? We are hoping to stay at the regular Class C size - not super C or A but we will sure miss our king bed ?

If you want a king bed, consider a small A.  Class A rigs are often big, but they come in smaller sizes also.  You would get more CCC and storage, as well as possibly a larger bed.

Also, take a tape measure with you when looking at beds.  Manufacturers often put in something they call an "RV queen."  That really is a queen bed that actually isn't as big as a queen bed.  For example, mine came with a bolster that you had to add to the head of the bed after opening the slide and pulling the bed out 6"  (It also meant you had to remake the bed every time you added the bolster.) That made the bed 60" wide and 72" long.  Except a real queen bed is 60" wide and 80" long.  I am only 5'1" tall, so it does not matter much to me, but the bolster was a pain, so I tossed it.  My bed is now always 60" wide and 66" long---not appropriate for taller people.

Thor made some Chateau models with a king bed. Don't know if they are still in production, but you can find 2014-2016 models. Coachmen Freelander too.

Here are a few:

There are also smaller Class A's with king beds, e.g. the Thor ACE 27 footer.

As with any RV, if you make space to get a larger bed, you give up space somewhere else. Expect the trade penalty for the large bed to be a substantial loss of space in bath or galley.
