Just had two new 6 volt batteries installed, now my lights will not come on just using battery power, lights will come on with generator and shore power, anyone have any suggestions? I can?t find the converter to see if there is a reset switch....fairly new to all this stuff thanks for any help.

Is it possible that the two new 6 volt batteries were accidentally installed like two 12 volt batteries would be installed - in parallel vs. series? Six volt batteries should be wired in series.

It is also possible that a wire was left off of the batteries, or was placed on the wrong terminal

Reverse polarity or a blown 30A fuse would be my first guess.

Where do you see this disconnect or storage position? Thanks
Motorhomes usually have battery disconnect switches for the House and Chassis batteries, and they're often located near the entryway.
