In addition to all the info above, note that we recently set some records here on the Front Range -- 101º high one day, upper 90s the next, low 90s the next, then a high of 34º with snow, then the temps gradually crept back up 5º to 10º per day 'til we were again in the 90s, now down to mid-to upper 80s.
You can expect at many higher elevations that the temps are 10º or more colder, but there was nothing for Denver in the next 7 days that was less than 80º for a high.
