I just purchased a used HiLo 17' and was in the process of packing wheel bearings when I discovered that the tire and wheel would not come out...the wheels are SUPPOSE to drop down to allow removal of the wheel...neither side of this one drops down and can't get enough clearance to remove the tire/wheel...I have tried to forcefully pry the wheels down, but that doesn't work, either...what am I missing?....
