Outstanding location. 10 minutes from some of the beast beaches on the planet. If you like beach shop shopping stay here. Narrow roads, narrow sites. They escort you to your site, they collect your garbage daily. My site was terrible. Hookups were at the very end of the site, took both water hoses to get water, every inch of 50amp power cable to get electric, and two sewer hoses couldn't reach the sewer hookup. Smokin' hot AT&T wifi, absolutely dead Sprint. I'm glad we visited but we won't be back.
