EC-30W Autostart for Onan generators

I have an EC-30W autostart system on my ONAN.  Can anyone tell me the polarity of the 5V power supply for the remote display.  It is a center pin with an outer conductor.  Is the Plus 5V on the center pin or the out shell?

Any help would be totally awesome and thanks ahead of time.
