Triple slide Slide-In Truck Camper
« on: September 19, 2007, 12:24:46 PM »
OK, what will they do next?  Host has a 3 slide unit on the market.  3-slide camper

This is the nterior.  Side door, and quite roomy.  Rear slide needs to go out to use the door.  Downside or not, probably not.  Even towing, there would be enough room to pop it out.

Weight?  Yeah, I think around 4400 pounds DRY.  So looking for at least a 450 truck, long bed.

Price, I think something over 45k MSRP, plus your new 450 with leather of course, maybe another 65k.  With discounts, tag and title, around $100k.

Gotta really want to be in a TC to spend that much.

Okanagan is also bringing one out. I do not like triple slides or even doubles in a TC. I think it is asking for structural integrity problems.
