Our trip from Upper Michigan to Flagstaff went fairly well. We had a few minor mechanical issues, but dealt with all. One dead battery and one broken heater hose. We also had some difficulties with the generator. Jim had to adjust it to get it to work in the higher elevations. and then re adjust it when traveling home. Our gas mileage was 7.3 miles per gallon which was an improvement over the 6 when we bought it.
We are now starting some maintenance work on it pre selling it. There is a buckling to some of the exterior skin on the RV. Any ideas on repairing that?
The lights and outlets in the front of the RV will not operate, but the back ones do. We checked fuses and all are ok, so it's confusing.
Oh, by the way this is a 1987 Ford Coachman.
