A 'clean' podcast?

I see a number of podcasts I've downloaded are listed as "clean" in iTunes - see attached screenshot. Any idea what this means? TIA.

That means it's "G" rated. No profanity.

Thanks Don. The first time I saw that tag was on some PC security podcasts and it had me thinking it was being tagged as "virus free". After reading your note I searched around and figured out how they get "tagged" - it's in the accompanying RSS file.
