Unlike GS and other Affinity Group organizations the FMCA does listen to their members. For several years in the past the January FMCA magazine included the membership directory which made the January issue about a 1 inch or more thick and heavy. Our standard procedure was to cut off the membership directory and toss it. I had written FMCA as others I know have stating that this was not in my opinion an benefit but just the opposite because of the increased postage rates as well as a hard to handle magazine. We this year I understand the FMCA January issue will not include the bulky membership directory. If somebody has need for the directory is it available online. IMHO the FMCA is an excellent organization and very well worth the cost of membership.
