In the park here is a very nice 2005 Itasca C-class with 20,000 miles on it. It is much appreciated by it's owner, except for a 5ft x 6ft area of delamination on the driver's side at the back of the body.
He had it inspected by a Winnebago executive, (not a dealer), whose point of view was that after one year the owner is on his own, and that in this particular case, the owner had voided his warranty by not having the RV inspected at 6 months, which is apparently required as stated in the docs accompanying the new vehicle.
The source of the leak was apparently at the rear end of the living room slide, with water tracking back as far as it could get and then causing the delam.
The owner, much chastened, immediately traded the vehicle against a B-Plus vehicle from another manufacturer.
So 1. Read your sales agreement.
    2. Watch out for a silver Itasca C class, 2005, in the central Florida area, which may be 'fixed' and available for resale.
