Reason number 21 and 22 for a Minnie Rally in Surprise tonight:

#21:  The Nathans are leaving in the morning. ??? ???

#22: A new Bistro opened up this week and needed to be checked out. ;D

With those in mind what could we do but get together again. ::) ::) It was a great evening with what has become the group this winter here at Happy Trails, we'll miss the camaraderie this summer.

Like I said, you guys will use anything for an excuse for a party. Anyone gonna be left in town if we pass that way at the end of the month?

We'll still be around too. Glad to see you will be in the area, it's been a while since we ran into each other.

We still have no idea what we're going to do when we leave here. Looks like we'll just move from the state park campground to one of the boondocking areas for a few days then figure out how we're going home. So ya'all go ahead with your plans and if we get there, we get there, and if everyone is gone, well, we'll see you the next time (Moab??).

Some of us will probably still be around until its time to leave for Moab. If you want to head up there together, we'll be leaving on Thursday, 4/24 for arrival at Portal on Friday.
 
Good grief, is Moab coming up that quick? I guess it is ! Now I'm going to have to recalculate because we really need to go home before Moab and do some yardwork and house stuff, not to mention getting rid of all the extra Coke crap we have in the Explorer.

Wendy, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but the first quarter of 2008 is almost gone!  EVERYTHING is early this year, including Easter which I just discovered is this Sunday.  That's three days from now.  Sigh.  The year is flying by....

Hi All,
Wendy & I have made some plans for our trip home.
Currently at PegLeg Smith camp until Monday morning 3/24 then we are going to stop & stay at the Cocopah Casino RV parking area. It's $5 for 3 days & we plan on getting there Monday or Tuesday. & stay there 2 or 3 nights & do a little sightseeing in the area & hit the AZ Marketplace.
Our next main stop will be at Sunflower Cal-Am Resort in Surprise. We have 7 free days there thanks to the daily drawing I won at the FMCA rally. We arrive Friday March 28 &  will leave there on Friday morning  April 4 & head for home & stop once or twice between Surprise & home.

Happy Trails is 6 miles west of Sunflower.  We will have at least one or two happy hour parties and at least one RV Forum lunch at a restaurant while you are here.  If you want a patio brat party while you are here, we can arrange that also.

OK, Mike,

The HT Brat Party will be Saturday, March 29 at Happy Trails lot 1162.  The Brats should be ready by 3:30 pm.

So far, we have you, Dobrin, Kuch, Lynch, Cousin Russ and Phil.  I believe there are still other forum members in the area.

We'll be there with bells on or something. Dang, I'm gonna have to keep my calendar up-to-date. What month is it now?  ;D
