Folks are talking about a Montana LLC, where you form a limited liability company in Montana (there are law firms that specialize in doing this for you). The LLC buys and owns the RV. The main reason for doing is that you can register the vehicle(s) in Montana for less that you pay in a number of other states. However, be aware that there are potential pitfalls in going this route.
