Apple Safari

Just got an Apple pc software update and there was a choice to download Safari. Had never heard of it so checked and found it was a browser. Sounds pretty good but before I try it, can you guys using it tell me whether or not you like it? How does it compare to Firefox which I am using now

I wouldn't waste your time on Safari. Firefox is much superior as a browser.

I use both Safari and Firefox every day. Although I'm not a computer expert, I can't tell a lot of difference. either one works fine.

Why gamble? Stick with MS IE

Are you using a Mac or a PC? I have Safari and Firefox on my Mac (IE for the Mac is no longer supported) and find that some sites work better on one than the other. I primarily use Firefox. I have Safari, Firefox, and IE on my PC and use IE 99% of the time there. Safari on the PC isn't of much use at this point.

I have been a Mac man for several years (and love it). I have a G5 Imac and I prefer Firefox over Safari; seems to be a bit faster.
